- In the year 2000 he decides to move back to his native city of Chicago where he is a cultural and social activist in the Pilsen and Little Village Communities (2000-Present).
- Works as a Graphic Designer for social and cultural Non-Profit Organizations, Commerce and Industry, mostly in the Chicago Hispanic Communities and in Mexico.
- Cultural Arts Coordinator and Promotional Designer of “The Pilsen Cultural Celebration” a 2 day outdoor festival at Harrison Park, organized by the the Pilsen Chamber of Commerce, Chicago (2002-2005).
- Artistic and Cultural Coordinator and responsible of the Promotional Medias of the “Viva Aztlán” Festival a 2 day outdoor festival at the Casa Aztlán Organization, Chicago (2003-2006).
- Co-founder of the 18th Street Pilsen Open Studios, Chicago (2003-Present).
- Former Member of “Expresiones Artísticas” Art Collective, creating promotionals for the Art Exhibitions around the Chicago land area (2002-2006).
- Former Art Teacher for After School Programs for the Northeastern Illinois University in The Chicago Teachers Center (2006-2010).
- Former Art Teacher for Summer, Fall and Spring Programs with the youth for different community organizations creating public art. Chicago (2002-2016).
